Homophobia

I really do not get it. Is it driven mostly by people of religious persuasions or what? Referring to homosexuals or bisexuals as "diseased". It actually makes me sick yet infuriates me at the same time. I was just on youtube watching a video of a blogger I like who is a lesbian and the amount of hateful/hurtful comments towards her was just barbaric.

I dunno whether it's just extreme ignorance, religious bias or whether homophobia itself is actually a mental disorder of some sort kind. Form of bullying too perhaps or to wrap it all up in a nutshell: intolerance.

People will find anything to hate on someone for. It's fear. As for the folk in organized lunacy what can you do.
Most people are weak and thrive on the misery of others. The religious hold their virtues as God and The other as satan. God being virtue andthey being but mere hhuman sinner s who must resist the Devil. They resist the Devil till some poor kid is dead cause well how can an 'abomination live' and will they care? May their soul rest in peace= better dead than that

Couldn't agree more. I think it's a combination of fear and their own inadequacy, they need someone/something to hate to make them feel superior.

I really don't think you understand what barbaric means. Im sure it was unpleasant but I doubt it was barbarism. The internet is the home of the angry nut. Don't seek them out & don't read their comments. Everyone who posts on youtube gets trolled EVERYONE! people who don't want to disable comments. If you don't do that expect the nuts to find you and hate you.

lesbians are great just the thought of them is warm and fuzzy, ive no problems with gays but i do prefer lesbians just ell im a bloke lol
