Another vote for the iPhone here! But be careful, it's a slippery slope! I have pretty much switched to apple for everything now. I can definitely see why a lot of people seem to hate them but there is no denying they make some great stuff!

I remember a time when people only had a house phone.
I remember when there was a 6 month waiting time for a house phone.
I remember in the distant past when there was only 4 or 5 phones on the whole road and you would knock to ask permission to use the phone and leave the money on the shelf.
I have an iPhone 5 and its brilliant.
Samsung and HTC1 are physically a little too big to use with just one hand.

There's not a lot know about the Nokia 925 as its quite a new phone. The Windows(Nokia) operation system is way behind Android and IOS in terms of apps. But if you like taking pictures then the Nokia would have the best camera. I would opt for the HTC ONE myself because of the great sound on it, and it probably looks the best of all the top end smart phones out there.
Some of these phones are quite bulky, but i guess if your used to a note, you wont mind that!!
