Virtually all my PM's consist of arranging appointments, saying thank you post appointment and the occasional hello or new pics are . Not being able to pm other forum members wouldn't be a big loss.

I appreciate the concerns raised so far but I don't think blocking PMs will help greatly. The people determined to do whatever it is they are doing will find a way. This would most likely only slow them down briefly and in the end mostly impact the good people who have no interest I playing games. Just my 2c.

While I respect the opinions of all the escorts who have voiced concerns about client-to-client PM's, I have always felt that freedoms and privileges should never be restricted just because a small number of idiots behave badly. Both religious conservatives and politically correct pseudo-liberals use that kind of reasoning to justify banning a whole range of things they find offensive - violent films/video games, mood-altering drugs, and, of course, sex work.

Given the legitimate fears many escorts have for their safety, I would have no problem whatsoever allowing the mods to have access to PMs if they believe someone might be in danger.

Another issue is the system; if an escort has not advertised for a while, she would become a registered user thus not being able to contact anyone but escorts, also meaning that client would not be able to contact them through the PM system.

I don't use the pm system much to contact fellow members(clients), but occasionally it's been useful
to speak, privately, about things of common interest that are of no concern to the public forum.

I'm like Mellors in that I'm not a fan of the Chatroom as it's too difficult for me to follow, and I would only
go in there when certain members(escorts or clients) were in chat at the time, for a bit of craic.

I accept that escort safety is a big concern, but I don't understand how stopping clients contacting
each other by pm will have any great impact on improving safety. Registered members are only a small
percentage of an escort's overall clients anyway, if what has previously been posted by ladies is true.

This comment surprised me, as I wondered how could a client find out an escort's real name, unless she told him herself.

if something can be said in pm then surely in can be said in public unless if it was said in public it would be deleted by mods as it would compromise escort safety and privacy

What I want to speak to a client or an escort about by pm is private. By posting it in the general forum,
it then can become a topic of conversation for all and sundry, even though it's none of their business.

Privacy is a two way street, as is discretion.

We clients contact each other about all sorts of useful info, things you might forget to discuss over the phone, "what's she really like", in my experience it fosters business and good feelings about the website and the business.
