No , only when you commit the crime can such as driving without these can you be chaged
No you dont, if you walk around a few empty houses with a screwdriver in your pocket, they can and will charge you with intent to commit burglary.

I was just disproving your point is all, and used that as an example.

Anyway, off for now....long story short, guards can be bastards and attach loads of charges to an original offence if they want to.

Are you honestly that ignorant of the law and how it works?

Im not, but the law needs to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you are in fact guilty of a crime
So the crime has to be committed or proved beyond reasonable doubt the were it not for the interception by the police that a serious crime was going to be committed

I think you can get done for conspiracy and you don't have to have actually have gone through with something to go down. Plus intent in cases such as a bombing. If they find a bomb or bomb making materials, they can arrest the person who is harbouring or carrying the materials due to their intent to harm others.

So my reviews could be used as evidence against me ? I would just claim they were all fantasy , then what get EI to confirm that I posted them ,get the escort in the review to confirm I had visited them - they would say zoozoozoo whowhowho its all in his mind -poor man
On a more serious note the music industry recently won a case that forces ISP to block a named internet site - Pirate Bay - so in order to block a site such as this would mean a lot of money to take a legal action to force ISP to block named sites ,so how ? block any sites that have Escort in the name ( sell the ford escort and granny cant go on an escorted tour of Ireland ) I mean seriousely ,google the word escort and see how many hits you get - I just did , answer 173 MILLION sites , now google the words "Boys Own "( popular comic ) 574 MILLION a lot of which are sites that cater for men that have no interest in the comic book plus as was already said EI is hosted in England it is not illegal there or indeed illegal anywhere in the EU , so in theory they could take a counter action against the courts here for restricting trade and imposing censorship on a site that is acting within the law ( of England and/or EU ) and claiming loss of revenue
