balcony or garden will be able to produce their own medicine or recreational drug.

dont think outdoor growing will take off over here. maybe outside towns and citys but inside towns and citys there too many nosy neighbours.
best bet is to get a 1 meter x 1 meter grow tent, 600w hps light, extractor fan with carbon filter that what i........have seen done
