    Hi how are you all? Keeping well ?

    How many of you go to the gym ? And do u user diets . Wher your body sore after ?

    Any help ......I'M IN PAIN HERE !!!!!! someone .. Say something to me ....a cure please !!!

    Is true but since 20 when I first when into a gym till today I had 4 sessions and god the pain is here all day long ....what was in my head I have no idea ....)))

    yup do gym at least 3 times a week. Going today after work. Its good when you are sore after gym that means you are doing it right. no pain no gain hehehe

    If you're in pain you didn't stretch properly before and after, it's very important to warm your muscles gently to start them and them stretch them out when you stop..

    I use a gym who dowse not use the worm up ...and just 10-20 min of training fast and firm ))

    If your legs are sore sit on the floor upright and put your arms around and pull your knees into your body for a minute and repeat.That will loosen them.
