eat small portions of good food and drink plenty of water all the time its important you eat weel so you have the energy to burn in the gym...plenty of sex also this use's most of the body's muscle

Just cut out all junk and sweet food. Reduce your carbohydrates. Eat good protein foods like chicken, tuna, salmon and eggs. The best way to eat eggs is take the yolk out and make scrambled eggs with the whites. I find bread a killer to my weight. I don't eat it now. Maybe a wrap instead. Yogurts are good too for a snack. I find benecol really good. Also to give you energy I find Berocca boost to be very good.

Well that's a common mistake! Get out of the mindset of a desired/perfect weight it doesn't work, in your situation. I will try to explain!!
Your body is already in great condition! You don't actually want to lose weight, you want to tone? Remember muscle is 3 times heavier than fat. Therefore, when you start working out you may look and feel much better but actually weigh a little more on the scale. Don't be scared of the scale!!
As for food. Sugar is a major No No! Green veg fish chicken all the usual good food and your sorted
