its not for privacy reasons , an African escort will do better by claiming to be Brazilian or carribean due to the high level of HIV in Africa
a Romanian escort will do better claiming to be Italian due to the fact that Italy is more well known , its about the perception of reliability
I don't really understand why someone would keep changing that reference though, as it does imply that person lacks a certain amount of honesty or care for the information they are sharing with their customer. For sure if it is about discretion, pick a nationality and keep to it, but why keep changing it? That wouldn't be for discretion reasons would it? Plus if it is down to discretion, then for those with full face pictures, how does that work?
I find your comment about it being a reference option and not saying that it has to be filled in with what it says on your ID quite bazaar. A total lack of interest in providing information that will help the client with his preferences. We all talk about our preferences and it is our right to see the nationality that we want and yet some deny that right to the client. Is that fair?

What is next , giving the real name? If it is about honesty ...
Dear darling , I pay my own profile , I can change whatever I want on it, I am on control.
I give the information I want to the public, I am not forced or under pressure to say something I do not want.
Are the customers paying time and companionship to the girl or to her nationality?
If anyone wants an Irish/English accent to spend time with , always can ring the girl advertising such and listen to her accent, go ahead with an app or not. Whats the problem? Where is the issue?....
Deny right to the client? What about my right as a paying costumer as to say or change the nationality as I want?
It is very strong word to use "right". Do you think customers should know where I am , maybe my real name as well, my facebook and my mother s name?
Changing nationality is down to each person to say whatever they want , privacy or sell, is none of our business.
