Hello all,
I'm ready to go and get my first escort after hearing great things.
My only fear is getting in trouble with the law over it?

What is the story with the gardai and is there any fear of arrest?
Also I have spoken with a mate who wants an escort too so I was wondering is there any place in Cork with 2 girls stay so myself and a mate can arrive and be taken to separate rooms by 2 ladies?

If you go to a place where two ladies are working simultaneously then you are effectively visiting a brothel that can be raided at anytime. Not that it probably will be but better you know.

It is completely legal to see an escort at the present time.

Unless you have MI5 following you or you are under surveillance by the Gardai, I'm sure you'll be fine

....

Oh yes as Lucy states, 2 girls working in an apartment together is classed as a brother under Ireland's current legal system so best go visit a girl working alone hotel/apartment therefore you are doing noting in the slightest illegal.

A. Kerb crawling or soliciting in public place
B. sex with underage person
C. Sex with trafficked person

He is still doing nothing illegal, the current legal structure is the client unless he is curb crawling is doing nothing illegal even if he enters a brothel, it's the ladies that are breaking the law, worse thing that can happen in that situation is he could be called as a witness for the prosecution against the ladies..
All the prosecutions you see in the papers against clients is those found curb crawling and picking up street hookers..

The organisation of prostitution in Ireland is illegal. So owning a brothel or sex club is illegal and so is being a pimp... So in theory, 2 ladies working from the same apartment is classed as a brothel.

You are correct but as a CLIENT he is not breaking any laws, only the ladies are..

If Garda raids a brothel they can question any 'found ons' in their investigation, can't charged them unless the sex workers are underage or trafficked.
