Yeah, its a sad state of affairs when a man has to lay his hand on a woman during a domestic

Worst thing about it is that domestic abuse is probably anothet dark grubby secret that is prevalent behind closed doors . Carpenter buddy of mine told me once of an incident at a customer when all were having their dinner and the husband in bad mood , made a snap gesture at his wife's face , to which she made a snap reflex of avoidance . Stood out a mile that she was a victim of abuse but what do you do in such a case - report to the guards ? they can do nothing without victim's testimony and most wives would rather submit to the situation than leave.

Genuinely sad and whatever hope that an abused woman would leave her husband nowadays, back 30 - 40 years ago, she had no choice but to take abuse as she would be seen as an ostracised woman for leaving him, shunned by the local community.

I often wonder if i saw a woman being assaulted by her boyfriend , would i ever intervene?

Castrate the bastard and any other sick monster that physically assaults a woman in any way.

Actually it just occurred to me this second, the roles are often reversed where the man is the victim and the woman the monster.
