I usually cut the grass or strim back the weeds in the garden if I can't sleep.

I have 4 glasses of piss strong red wine. Then I ride that alcohol induced euphoria all the way to dreamland.
I've no tolerance for alcohol so it usually work s . Worst comes to worst Bones and I argue through the night. God bless sky living.
I'm not saying it's a good way to fall asleep but it's healthier than pills.
What if "It's Raining Men" and 'Let the bodies hit the floor' are both about the same event but from different perspectives 🤔

Surf the net, lurk on here, read - but not as much these days - get up for a cup of tea and a cigarette. Sometimes after finishing work in the wee hours if I'm not tired I'll just drive for a couple of hours. My sleeping patterns are totally screwed, but I don't need as much of it as I used to. And television as well of course, but not during the week.
