No doubt there are plenty out there that wanted a cheap thrill and took a chance but I'm not one of them. To answer your second question, yes you should follow your gut and stay away. There is a reason they don't have verified pics and opt out of the review system. There are plenty of ladies here that have proven to be genuine and provide a great service at an already reasonable cost so save up the extra bit of cash and actually enjoy your time spent with a lady rather than regretting wasting €50.
