I have seen her twice. I went back a second time because the first was good. I don't know why she has opted out of reviews, but I suspect that she was given a bad review.

Reviews have nothing to do with the prices to advertise on the site. It is the escorts' choice whether they are comfortable with accepting reviews or not.
The prices for advertising are fixed. Hope this explains.
