I have started threads in the past on this subject and generally it was considered they are of no use as the ladies can't see who is leaving the reference so don't know whether to trust them or not, an agency could set up a profile and get all the girls working to give it a reference, would that make that profile trustworthy, nope, transparency is the only way and not by hiding the names of those giving them..
I also said it several times, a lot have no idea they existed, top right of every clients post on these boards it says how long they have been a member, how many posts they've made and how many reviews they have left, surely it would be a good idea to include how many references they have, so much easier to see at a glance rather than having to go looking for them on their profiles..

Who would own the references? Would they be the same as reviews and be the property of EI?
They would have to be linked to a username/account, so only people who register on the site can visit women? Seems very iffy in my eyes, genious though if you have a financial interest in this site.
