Default Do you go to the gym?????

How much do you care about your physical condition?? Are you a gym rat, or a couch potato.?

Me, personally, I have a personal trainer once a week and run one or twice a in between. I have done this for about three months and have never felt better. The weight has fallen off and I look much healthier.

But my god, I would love a KFC every now and again?

I care about my physical condition, but I'm too lazy to do anything about it.

I feel better when I've done some exercise, but I love my chocolate too much and there is always something far less painful and more fun than exercise to do

Planning on getting a proper exercise routine together (a home one, I'll leave the embarrassing myself in a gym thing to you, Murt) but got to ask a very knowledgeable friend first

I don't suppose anyone has any experience of "Insanity Workout"? Seen the infommercials in the wee hours and it really was tempting, of all the get fit, get a great body infommercials it seemed pretty legit and not bullshitting me

Wouldn't call myself a coach potato but I don't go to the gym. Never really had the need. Played football 3/4 times a week since I can remember.

Apart from playing a bit of soccer with friends and swimming in the sea whenever I get the chance, I am very much a couch potato. Exercise - especially running - is the closest thing to death that I've ever experienced!

My cousin often runs marathons, but I could never see the point in running unless someone was chasing me with a hatchet or something. Even then, I probably won't be bothered.
