So how is it going for you? Do you see any benefits?
Although isn't being on this site sort of going against the rules? Unless you only stick to the forum section and avoid any "Look at X's new pics" threads.

Not the drastic changes that some have seen, depends on where you started from. I was never big into porn or fapping but like most guys I did it weekly sometimes a few times a week. But there are guys that do it several times a day so for them it would make a huge change, a lot of guys doing the challenge say they got their first girlfriend after doing it because of increased confidence from not masturbating but I think they just decided to ask a girl out because it's the only way to get off if you're doing the challenge. So it's kind of the chicken and the egg situation.

I have been able to use my time better, exercising more and not having sex constantly on my mind. My only issue is finding women that don't want anything more than sex, it always turns into more but with escorts they only care about money hence why I'm on this site, haven't been with an escort yet though just something I'm considering.
