Firstly, like you, I get an urge, like an itch that you have to scratch.

Then I spend a bit of time on here looking at who is available. I have to balance the "tried and true" short list of girls that I would consider as my favourites against the novelty of somebody that I have not met before.

For somebody that I have not met before, firstly I look for a physical attraction to the pics. (if the pics are not verified, I pass straight away).

If I am attracted, I then look at the reviews. No reviews is not good, but not necessarily a deal breaker. A few bad reviews is a deal breaker for me, but I also look at the track record of the reviewer.

Then I go back to the measurements. Endowment (ideally between 7.5ins and 9 ins), height (5' 8" to 6' ideally), breast measurements (ideally enhanced to greater than a B cup) in that order.

Finally, I look at the location to see if it is in a convenient part of town to access, and I guess what the place is going to be like in terms of cleanliness.

From all that, I make a choice and a phone call. If I make a phone call, I usually make an appointment. If I make an appointment, I almost always turn up. If my plans change, I ALWAYS phone to cancel. I do not believe in messing girls around, since that is bad for all of us.
