It may simply be that she had a regular client vying for the same time, or someone had used the pm system. Even then, I would try to let the guy trying to see me know that I couldn't see him for the time he wanted.

Sometimes, yes, that can be a sign of being ignored. But that happens once in a blue moon, so it's very unlikely.

More likely you want to see her when she already has a booking and "ignoring" your calls means she is simply not available to answer, understanding if she is already with someone else.

One thing also worth mentioning: are you ringing her during the hours she says she is available (on her profile)? I am asking this as myself I have very bad experience in regard to people ringing at hours I am clearly not available, and then getting crossed with me I don't answer.

If you get her once more on the phone, try perhaps to be more flexible regarding the time you want to see her. If this is not possible, as you have only limited free time, just pick someone else. If you don't get her on the phone, you can also try sending a very polite and brief text message explaining you have tried to ring a few times, unfortunately she might be busy but you would really like to see her at XX hour, if she is OK with it she can let you know and you'll call her back whatever times suits her.
