The last one was good, even though much of it flew in the face of trek lore.

I loved the original Dob,thought the last was great, this looks better, who would have thought that the 60's series would eventually evolve into this, going to go and see it myself.

Ah but remember, with the inclusion of Time travel in the plot, JJ Abrams has said his version was re-writing a small part of Trek Lore.

There was the thought that the even numbered trek films were good, the odd numbered were bad.
    But here are my thoughts

Star Trek the motion picture, seriously weird film
Star Trek the wrath of Kahn, probably the best trek film
Star Trek the search for Spock, good film
Star Trek the journey home, popular and fun
Star Trek the final frontier, shockingly bad
Star Trek the undiscovered country, entertaining
    Star Trek generations, only alright
    Star Trek first contact, excellent
Star Trek insurrection, more of a tv episode than a feature film
Star Trek nemesis, should have been better
    Star Trek exciting modern classic

I do like the time travel episodes in all the series, I guess this was the only way to get a new trek with the old characters going

Space seed first season of the tv series
I have it on DVD, Ricardo montaban. What a man.
In the film checkov is there when Kahn arrives with his group, Kahn remembers him saying 'I never forget a face'. However checkov wasn't in the first season of Star Trek. In the DVD extras from the wrath of Kahn, Walter Koenig had some funny thoughts about this
