However Bruna, I am glad you posted here, because now i see what the real issue was today!!!!!!!!!!!
I totally agree with your point but doubt many will be taking a case via the small claims court against a TS escort for breach of contract . Anyone who does is a far braver man than me!

If someone pushed my far enough I would have no problems pursuing them in whatever way i deemed necessary. A contract for "companionship" is no different than any other contract of "offer & acceptance"...

LMFAO... That would be the funniest trial ever! FYI, your case would never stand in court because of a rule called "Legality of Purpose". A contract is a legal document which can be enforced by law! But you can't have a valid contract with an Escort because it's Illegal! Same way you can't have one with a Drug Dealer! NB: this also is stated under the law Intention to Contract!
    Still funny though!

LOl, the case wouldn't stand for a second and would give the judge and everyone there a great laugh at the plaintiff

Ive met Bruna twice and she has given great value and has been generous with her time. Shes young and fit and I was wrecked both times after visiting her and couldn't have stayed any longer even if I had wanted to. So this isn't a question about what an escort does.
I think Bruna is just trying to advice what would make an even better experience and maybe her point is coming across a little different that she intended due to a little bit of a language barrier. It makes sense if you have spent a few mins trying to bring an escorts price down that when you meet her for sex she might not be feeling as happy as she would have if you had agreed to pay the full price. Personally though I will take that risk in the hard times and like munsterlover I have been lucky and often went way overtime and once spent the whole night with an escort for free after booking a 30 min appoint! happy days

Personally, I never haggle, but I do not tip either. For me, I like to get the money thing out of the way as quickly as possible with little or no discussion.
Therefore I don't ask for a discount. If an escort asks for (or advertises) a price that I am unwilling to pay, I just pass. For example, there are a couple of very attractive TS escorts on here seeking €200 for half an hour. I never call them.
Similarly, I do not tip. I see tipping as making the service more like prostitution. If the time we spend together is good, I will go back to see her again, as I do with TS Bruna M. I will also leave a positive review, which is a way of saying "thank you".

Just my thinking, I'm not saying that you all have to agree with it.

So who DISAGREES with me, and why? I would be interested in the debate.

I don't disagree, but I still haggle. Your post makes perfect sense, and I wouldn't even bother with the €200 for 30 minute girls. But I often ask the girl if they would do it cheaper and they accept. It said "no offers" in the ad, I wouldn't bother. But it's a cash business, if a builder was doing work on my house I'd do the same. It's not out of "lack of respect", it's just saving a few quid. If I was told "no", I'd just ask another girl. €150 is a lot of money!
And the counter argument is "well, if you're not willing to pay, then you can't afford it". Well, sorry, but yes, I can ask, all you have to do is say no!
