Depends on the seriousness. Anything major and you make an enemy for life, though I am capable of getting by in day to day life (ie a work environment)

Anything minor I would rather get it out in the open and move on holding no grudge

Forgive and forget.

If you don't you'll end up with a big ball of hatred deep inside you that eventually kills you. Life's to short, if you can't forgive a person forget them and get on with your life.

I take things to heart to much so I would hold a grudge for a while, although the older im getting the more I face up to things deal with them and let them go. 2 years ago I would of been like a little bull dog haha

I know how you feel,but there are some people who cant forgive and keep the grudge forever and although they were decent people,they just have this dogmatic attitude of holding a grudge forever.

Time is a good healer but it does depend on the the person some are just bad
