Don't get it done here to expensive and little experience, I'm led to believe Brazil is the best at a 1/4 of the price

My wife got them done here, they cost 10K which at the time wasn't a bad price, where she had them done has since closed so can't advise but it was a private clinic, very happy with the results, she got silicone as we both felt it was the better option.
The 2 main reasons were Feel and not so much head on Look but I noticed in porn a lot of ladies with Saline implants had this wrinkling effect to the side of their boobs, the consultant said that is one of the downsides to Saline which for me anyway immediately was a big no. Of course it was my wifes call in the end but she felt the same.
Also she had friends that had both done and and she felt the feel of silicone was better (she didn't invite me to that slumber party ).
Luckily she had reasonable breasts to begin with so the consultant chose to place the implant in front of the breast muscle behind the breast tissue which again gives a more natural feel but if the lady has very small breasts to begin with they do tend to place them behind the muscle to give some flesh feel to the breast once the implant is in place..

Downside is they are a pain to get proper mammogram done which she has had to, at some point she will have to bite the bullet and get them replaced and in between a proper health screen. We were told lifespan was about 10 years before they need to be replaced but she's a good 7 years in and they feel and look as good as the day she had them done..

I agree to an extent, on our search it was very hard to find a resident surgeon. Most clinics just hired in surgeons from the UK for a day or so a week so if anything god forbid did go wrong the surgeon is long gone back to the UK.

I wouldn't allow any of mine to have that done. Still too many horror stories.

My ex is from Brazil and she had them done for about 3k, they were fantastic, it was about 2yrs before I discovered they were fake. Mind you, she wasn't greedy, went from a b to a c cup, not those ugly dd, ee and bigger jobs.

Agreed, the bigger the change the less natural they look and feel IMO, herself went from a B/C to a decent D and that was only because she had stretched to a D after pregnancy and to get the best look and feel she needed a little bigger implant than she initially would have liked but was delighted with the result.

i have never seen anon not moaning about something or another.seems like someone is happy today
ireland has got a bad track record,for cosmectic procedures.
