On a first visit, probably ask or answer very many questions. On return visits, as trust and rapport build up, I have found that more personal details are shared. All in confidence (for both parties) of course.

What do you do, I actually hate that question, I always splutter to answer, firstly I look like a normal casual guy and when I tell the truth I get funny looks () and when I tell a half truth I feel uncomfortable, especially when what I do is a niche market and only a handful of companies in Ireland are in the same market / league
