30 minute run last night...felt OK until I stopped. Pulled my groin. My PT session tonight is going to be fuuuuun

rehabbing from my second knee cartilage op.

Doesn't hurt now but the night I did it..... it was pretty much as sore as the previous time! Which was agony.....

broken wrist playing football
broken leg yup you guess`d it playing football,have you noticed the trend

knee cap was the worst,infront of scouts game wen i was 17,game over for the rave

I picked up hernia playing football a while Jesus it was painful . It took me a month to get over the op.

Hopped my head off a goalpost trying to head the ball off the line. The ball went into the net, we lost one nil and I ended up with a big cut on my forehead. Good times.

I had repetitive strain injury in my arm from drinking cans of beer many many times.

Ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament and torn cartilage - playing soccer - bad tackle. It hurt like hell and still does
in the cold.
