30 minute run last night...felt OK until I stopped. Pulled my groin. My PT session tonight is going to be fuuuuun

rehabbing from my second knee cartilage op.

Doesn't hurt now but the night I did it..... it was pretty much as sore as the previous time! Which was agony.....

It was worse than the rib, the rib healed, the toenail still gives bother, regular ingrown toenail from it.And women think childbirth is hard.

I picked up hernia playing football a while Jesus it was painful . It took me a month to get over the op.

Hopped my head off a goalpost trying to head the ball off the line. The ball went into the net, we lost one nil and I ended up with a big cut on my forehead. Good times.
