This kind of stuff have been going on for ages now. One gets reported and 100 still do it.
To make sure is someone else using the profile , E-I Staff should ask the lady to submit a verification picture and check it up with the picture from the previous reviews .. The only thing I can think of. If is not the same girl , profile down and she should create her own profile.

She can always make a new profile and start over ... If she used her own pictures on the profile wasnt hers to take advantage of the reviews to get work ... well, is not right either ...
