I get pms from users just registered , no posts, no reviews obviously .. I tend to ignore them and not reply , maybe I am doing it wrong but I have the feeling is just a piss take .........

no, the first thing I did was post in client request which ended up being a waste of time. But I can see why some people would send a PM, it's a way of contacting someone there and then. Maybe they have one or two questions to ask and can't call at that exact time.

Nope, took me ages to build up the confidence to pm. Wrote it, edited it, deleted it, then wrote it again and sent it.

Well I pm'd a Lady I wanted to meet for the first time, when I first registered. It was the main reason I did register.

I wanted to get a sense of her availability and to help calm my nerves, It was a easier form of communicating.

It was a good build up for the phone call for me. I guess Escorts get a lot of time wasting pm's just like phone calls.
