    Usually I go for the pictures as a first impression ( although I made an exception in your case) Then I see if fk is on the favourites and then price . I don´t let their phone manner influence me too much as I think all of us that use a phone in work have a set phone manner we use and it is not reflective of the person really.
    Forgot to add, reviews aswell, although I take a lot of these with a pince of salt.
