I find its a combination of both, when I am deciding on a escort the first thing that attracts me to there profile is obviously there main picture. Most people have a prefered type of girl that they are more attracted to be it big boobs hair colour or body shape so when these appear in pictures they will be drawn to those specific profiles.

Then I will look at do they accept reviews, this is very important even if they have no reviews the fact they are prepared to accept them is enough for me and if they have reviews all the better as I can see if other clients have enjoyed there time with the lady.

Favourites would be the last thing to attract me as I dont require anything other than the most common thing's, I can see how if perhaps a client is interested in more unusual favourites that this would be of more interest. Favourites are a load of rubbish so I never take any notice of them, even if they have them listed they have a get out clause (which is fair enough) "At my discretion." so even if it is listed you are not guaranteed.
I would primarily go by pictures and reviews. With pictures you can at least have a fair idea what to expect but I tend to prefer the less professional images or at least the ones that don't have the lady done up like a Barbie doll but i reality look more like Ken (hihihihihi)..
