I'm alway in a suit... never wear a tie though..

A friend of mine, who is a pretty straightforward, down to earth guy, has changed his dress sense in the past year is so. Whereas he used to dress very casual (which suited his personality), he know goes out in the swankiest gear, real expensive designer clothes. It catches women's attention but he's since been broken hearted twice recently because two of the women he picked up as a result, he's discovered are only into money and dumped him when they discovered he wasn't going to buy them presents or take them out to expensive restaursnts all the time etc..
Moral of the story - a persons clothing should reflect their personality. If you're a very fun person, wear fun person. If you're into posh restaurants and limos- dress in designer gear.
Everyone's different, we should know who we are and make the most of it

Do clothes make a man? No they most certainly don't. The same would go for women.
What makes a man is his actions and his words.
On a everyday view of the world I wouldn't pass judgment on a person by how they look.
But I do believe that on certain occasions people should make a special effort, to make a good impression.
You can only make one first impression, why start badly especially when time is so precious.
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.

^yeah exactly, well put! In the example I gave of my friend, I bet the two women he dated were disappointed and possibly frustrated that what they got wasn't what they expected, as was he. Some people might call them gold diggers but that's their perogative. If they want to dig gold, I say go for it! Each to their owm.
