I've just read something very interesting... about cock training..exercices than can help you control the ejaculation...they were talking about kegel contractions.

1.strong contraction muscle contractions slow as you want to stop urination, contracted keep count to five and then relax.
2. rapid contractions muscles alternately tense and relax as soon as you can.
3. thrust
When you exercise you put in motion all the abdominal muscles but also muscles in the pelvis.
Workout: 50 slow contractions
50 fast contractions
50-thrust
3 workouts per day would be enough to get started "
That sounds good...anyone tryed that before...or planning to try it ?
