    Hy all...

    I've just read something very interesting... about cock training..exercices than can help you control the ejaculation...they were talking about kegel contractions.

    "That strain of the muscles can be done in the office and on TV and in the park, wherever.

    1.strong contraction muscle contractions slow as you want to stop urination, contracted keep count to five and then relax.

    2. rapid contractions muscles alternately tense and relax as soon as you can.

    3. thrust

    When you exercise you put in motion all the abdominal muscles but also muscles in the pelvis.

    Workout: 50 slow contractions

    50 fast contractions

    50-thrust

    3 workouts per day would be enough to get started "


    That sounds good...anyone tryed that before...or planning to try it ?

    I haven't tried Kegel exercises, but they are supposed to be good for helping guys who suffer from premature ejaculation

    Have tried - but can't really tell if it works as different days can be so different in terms of duration.

    Just a thought - this seems like the perfect place to organise a controlled experiment. Any volunteers?

    Male who suffer's from Premature Ejaculation have a tendency to ejaculate more rapidly when their legs are spread further apart from one another. This is why if you suffer from PE, try to choose sexual positions that involve your legs being closer to one another. This will help you to have more control over your PC Muscles.     As I understand it, it's also these exact type of exercises that can help give a bit of 'distance' to your shots as well! I'm sure we're all familiar (at least the lads are) with the work of porn actor Peter North. The man can measure how far his jizz shoots from his cock not in inches alone, but in feet!
