It's a shame that some of the posts here distracted and focused on what you were wearing. Where I work everyone is recognised based on how they do their job, what they do. Agree with Rodney 100% on this.

I think the posts about what Rachel was wearing displayed pettiness and were not meant to be constructive. If there is differences of opinion on how to organise against TORL perhaps those ladies who are interested would meet socially and discuss things.
