For me an apartment, in a discreet location with good parking. Doesn't have to be a Penthouse, but preferably clean and in a good area.

For me doesn't really matter once you can park and if an apartment it is clean and discreet

It does not have to be a top of the range place sure most of us only see the bedroom and bathroom anyway

Apartments are good but not too many extra instructions - keypads, numbers, lifts, not this block but c block etc. A clear landmark is essential also for us lads not that familiar with Dublin. I've been in a few hotels and they can be stressful but I'm getting more confident going in and finding the lifts/stairs.

I'll only visit girls that live on a specific floor with a perticular colour door, there has to be tiled main hallways and cream shag pile carpets in the apartment.............................no,wait, as long as there's a hole and a heartbeat I'm happy.
