How do you sleep ?
So folks how do you sleep. Do you sleep on your back? Your side? Or your belly? No matter how long I lye on my back in bed il never fall asleep as I don't find it comfortableI have to sleep on my side and sometimes curl up into a ball ha it's strange it seems everybody has there sleeping style

I sleep usually in 2 positions. Going to sleep is in the Recovery position and when I wake up i am lying on my back, arms across my chest just like someone in a coffin and usually with a semi.

I start lying on my right side to relieve the stress of the day an then turn over to my left side alternating to my tummy ,, but mostly end up falling asleep on my back ,, and I don't snore so anyone who posts to the contrary is a liar ..
Did you know that each side of our brains that we sleep on make us think of different things ,, if i'm not liking my thoughts on one side I turn over and immediately I can change them,, google it ,,it works
Some people have to have the last word,
