Well girls - here's one for you. If a punter had a heart attack, would you go with him in the ambulance ? A girl-friend of mine told me (over Xmas) of an old guy who had an escort duo in the UK, had a heart attack and died !!

'Dying' to hear your responses ,... what is your 'contingency plan ?'

We have had this thread before. As I recall one story was about an escort who called the Ambulance and told the crew the full story. The crew were very discrete and told the guys wife that he had fallin in the doorway of the your lady's apartment and she had rung for help. The wife was most grateful.

I'd give him Heparin then evaluate the staus of his heart using my mobile catheterisation lab. More thrombolytic therapy then I'd find my glasses and consider angioplasty while I had a fag. I would use the straw from my vodka glass as a makeshift stent.

I wouldn't charge him for the extra time unless bypass surgery was necessary.

I'd send him on his way with a Stop Smoking leaflet.
