First of all, don't panic! Both parties need to go to the GUM clinic and get checked out. Until you have had your results probably best to not have penetration with anyone else and use a condom if you enjoy oral. Lastly when you get the all clear, let the lady in question know. Yes she will have had tests too, but it's still good to share good news.

It might be an idea to consider why it burst too. Was it due to lipstick, using baby oil or the wrong size condom? Could it have been avoided or was it just one of those things?

These are all hyperthetical by the way, as I know you are not saying it happened to you, just what should you do.

No seriously, it happened to me once that the condom slipped off. We immediately stopped. I had a talk with the lady concerned about ramifications. Firstly I hope you get checked regularly for stds, blood tests etc. you should do that regularly anyway even if you don't visit escorts regularly. I assured the lady in question that I had been tested recently and everything was clear. I offered to cover any cost of morning after pills but she assured me that she was on the pill anyway.

The main thing is to not panic.

Don't use double sided sticky tape though, as that might be a little rough.
