I tried Bioresonance also, after seeing loads of publicity making out it was the new brilliant way to give up smoking easily, and that was the biggest load of BOLLOCKS ever.
Myself and a friend tried it, paid about £500 each to some posh and apparently very reputable clinic in London that claimed a 99.9%+ success rate.
Both of us felt no change whatsoever after getting it. I went through about 24 hours of hell waiting for it to have some effect on me, then gave in and had a fag! Then I rang my mate to tell her I'd given in and found out she was back smoking too.
I can only think they must base their statistics on a survey of 5 of their friends they are paying to take the survey!
Good PR though, I'll give the Bioresonance squad that. They sucked me and my friend right in and robbed us blind, and I didn't think I was a sucker!

P.S. Patches... They are the only things I've found that help. Try them if Mr Carr's method doesn't help you. You have to really want to quit, but I think, if you do, the patches can make it easier.
I couldn't afford to stay in The Priory for as long as it would take to fix my head, and that's coming from a lay who wipes her arse with 50 euro bills
When I look at a cigarette it looks to me like it has been made by God, rolled by Jesus and moisten shut by Patricia's pussy ............... how/why would I want to give that up?!?!?!?!?!?!
Plus, as any kid will tell you, smoking makes you look cool ..............

Hi
The best way to quit smoking is:
Tell your head you want to stop smoking and do as you desire.
Only you can stop it from happening, ( gum, tablet, therapist...nothing will work if you don't really want it.)
This option works for me every time and for everything.

Push it further.Give up cigs yeah but why not take advantage of it and do more then.Be more physical etc.I would assume that the reason most ppl want to give up cigs is for their health, so whats wrong with giving up cigs AND getting in even better shape?I mean why even bother otherwise. If someone likes cigs and has no real interest in health why bother? We are all going to die at some stage anyway so we might as well do what we like doing.I find when ppl want to give up someone they just dont have a good enough reason to trigger a proper mental attitude towards giving up.Saying i want to give up someking bacause its a bad habit wont trigger any long lasting response to giving them up mentally but if somoone were to say ,i want to give up cigs and improve my health, omprove my well being, improve my life even further than that will trigger a positive mental response and the big deal of giving up cigs will be a lot easier because giving them up is only a first part of an overall life improvement.Just the tip pf the iceberg. Why ppl limit themselves beats me.
