    You mean Brussel Sprouts? Cut them in half, then remove the core with a V cut to remove the bitter part. Roast them in the oven until they have a nice roasty color, then toss with a little honey, cider vinegar, (just enough to barely coat them not too much!), and big chunks of meaty bacon.

    Goes well with Goose.

    The next day take the left over sprout leaves and fry them with some bacon and potatoes in the goose fat.

    and for no other reason than it doesnt look like a christmas dinner without them on the plate.
    but still. no sprouts are going near my plate! I dont want them contaminating the other good food on the plate with smell of stale farts
