So ive bin to a few escorts now and sometimes i hear voices in the other room,both male and female and this leaves me very edgy,would these male voices be there pimps and should i be concerned about them?

Its most likely another escort with another client. Pimps don't normally stay in the same apartment where the girls are working so they dont get caught in case of a raid. It could be the escorts personal bodyguard but in that instance he would know to keep quiet.
Try to appreciate that it is safer for escorts to share an apartment and its inevitable to overhear some voices. Just relax and dont focus on it.

Agree, it could be femmes security. After all, you may think the girl is safe in the apartment with you, but the girl doesnt know that does she. Best not to take chances. At least it sort of forewarned you. Just because you dont hear them in others girls apartments doesnt mean they aint there.

And as said above, just because you don't hear anyone doesnt mean they aint there lol If there was someone waiting to beat the shit out of ya or something, they wouldn't let themselves be known by talking loud now would they?
