Incidentally if you take the proposed legislation to it's natural conclusion - it would be illegal to buy a girl dinner or a drink, because goodness knows she just might have sex with you! And you would have forced into doing so because of the financial incentive of buying her a drink/dinner!!

thanks to all for your comments; the government recently proposed sweeping changes to Local Government and Councils, and are now saying..well...ahhh...let's ask Mr & Mrs Public what they think first- maybe they will do the same here.
