Lots of people have inspired me and I wouldn't be where I am today without them , and I will continue to meet them. It's the negative and uninspiring people I regret meeting the ones that disappoint and lack trust.

Regrets are a poison that just waste happiness. If you made a wrong choice and it cannot be changed then it only hurts you to replay it.
Live your life forwards. Make brave decisions for the future. You are much more likely to regret not taking a chance than to regret taking one.

Regrets are the past move forward. My biggest regrets are always people and not seeing them for what they really are and what they do to others mostly for control and self need and enjoyment. As I always say I have lots of acquaintances but my friends I could count on one hand.
I have travelled the world seen a lot of cultures and people been in beautiful situations and horrible ones really horrible ones and seen also the cruelty of mankind first hand and how lucky I am to live where I do. I regret none of it or none of my life to date it has shaped me. But I do regret people that I have let people into my life that have been something completely different than I thought and were ultimately fakes and actually sad individuals.
Live is about you and happiness and being human and considerate to others and living your life to the full as it's very short.
If you do have regrets then deal with them. I don't call them regrets either but mistakes and over time I deal with them solve them and then move on.
