I wounder how many of you know that the government have had a tax on Air yes Breathing Air for over thirty years ! True
if you are a diver every time you have your scuba tank filled the government charge 13.5% Vat on the cost of filling it, they would have liked to charged the higher rate but that applies to luxury goods and breathing is not a luxury.
