Will someone explain to me how I was banned for sarcastically repeating an accusation which another member made about me despite the fact that that member wasnt banned for it and the post never deleted. Please provide me with more laughter.

My last job I was just laid off with people. The one before that I told the boss Id kick his head in if he shouts again. He was a big bully and everyone was scared of him except me.
