well normally in other countries ,they pay taxes, they need to sign a sort of contract with the ladys and have their personal details.
so in case police controls the agency to see if everything is going as legal as possible, they have everything good.

And again the same silly thing.
No, I am not opening an agency , I will go to a meeting and what shall I say when I will be asked about agencies?
Facts are new escorts use them until they can manage themselves in the country, having agencies illegal is no good , therefore, legal ones would work. We need terms and conditions that we put on the table and let people judge.

I can do this on my own you know, but t is not about me and I shouldnt do it on my own because the law doesnt only affects me ffs!!

Is it too much to ask from this intelligent community as an escort said on one of her posts?! (yes, I am being sarcastic)

Just as any other business, they should have to be tax compliant, the employees should be entitled to the same rites as any other i.e. holidays etc., mandatory state monitored health checks, licensing and the list goes on.

First of all, you would have all of the obvious things that must apply to any business - especially one that is dealing with general public. That does not just mean things like keeping honest accounts and paying taxes but also things like safety - fire extinguishers and fire exits and liquor licensing. You might think that should only apply if the agency was more like a brothel but, if the agency was also providing or arranging apartments then this would also apply.

Then you would have to cover employment law. The agency would have to maintain complete and accurate lists of the names of all workers and the payments that they received. You would also need additional rules for the tax offices so that access to those records would be restricted in order to maintain privacy.

Then you would have to have regs specific to the industry. No SW could be forced to see a client that they wished to avoid, no SW could be forced to perform an act that they wished to avoid. Unsafe sexual acts would be forbidden. Regular medical checks with the agency obliged to keep records. All SWs to complete training in safe sex and sexual health. This training to include spotting the more obvious signs of STIs in clients. SWs to perform a quick check on clients for any obvious signs of an STI as indicated in the training.*

Add in a requirement for the premises to be equipped and maintained in a manner commensurate with good hygene practices and that would be most of it.

All of the above are applied around the world in places where prostitution is legal as an organised business.
