Regulated means legalized and controlled by law..

well normally in other countries ,they pay taxes,they need to sign a sort of contract with the ladys and have their personal details.
so in case police controls the agency to see if everything is going as legal as possible,they have everything good.

i do not think they will ever want to make it legal here for agencies.
and about ur question.they do not ask that as far as i know.but that depends on me not the agency.
i think it's necesary to do ur check ups every 3 months,thats what i do.

Just as any other business, they should have to be tax compliant, the employees should be entitled to the same rites as any other i.e. holidays etc., mandatory state monitored health checks, licensing and the list goes on.

YES Rachel but its a big but here in ireland, i dont think the clowns running the country know the meaning of regulated and offten gets it mixed up with deregulated eg: taxi, the sale of alcohol, Energy and so on.
