Just as any other business, they should have to be tax compliant, the employees should be entitled to the same rites as any other i.e. holidays etc., mandatory state monitored health checks, licensing and the list goes on.

Why would it have to be a registry of Sex Workers? A sex worker should not be distinguished from any other type of worker.
Keeping sex workers segregated from mainstream workers in society is not moving forward.
