    But you have to drive in accordance with the road conditions, if it is too dangerous, don´t drive. You cannot blame the snow for poor judgement.

    you werent careful enough or a good enough driver for the road conditions or speed you were doing or otherwise you wouldnt have ended up in the ditch.

    then you either make more allowances for it or end up in a ditch. I ended up in a ditch once off a bike and it was my fault as the cornor was too sharp. Last time I ended up in a ditch before that was if my mother had enough of me.
