True Independent Escorts and Agency Escorts

Ah come on Rachel, i'm not even an escort but even i know how hard it can be to find suitable/safe/ not overused accomodation in this country, especially in certain cities.
The problem in Ireland is that agencies have such an awful reputation. I've seen agencies work really well in some countries where both escort and agency seem happy with the arrangement.
It does exist, but i think its only a small % of 'independent' escorts who use it as a marketing tool. Reading posts on here, you can see by posters responses that some are mortified that they might be visiting an escort who isnt independent...so amongst forum members it does work to some extent

Having worked with several agencies in other countries, I can honestly say, they were run more like a business, and less like a criminal organisation. There were work schedules, days off, taxes paid, income paid directly into bank accounts, in essence a real job. I don't get that feeling about the agencies here in Ireland.
