    just reading through some posts, alot of very common myths and misconceptions. alot of hate for pizza, depends where you buy it and what's on it folks......

    tell yous what, if 20 or more escorts want to chip in i'll negotiate a reasonable personal training fee

    ive lost ten stone in 23months

    it can be done, its not hard its eat less move more

    its the best thing i ever done, and has totaly changed me
    ive still more to go tho

    running is something i took up, i started with ten minutes of walking, and increase,

    started walking and jogging,then jogging running increasing the distance weekly

    no point running 5km right away,u wnt do it and will give up and get dishearten quickly,

    i also did a food alergy test which help as i cut out my problem foods

    amazing results! and yes, recognising food interferences is a sensible thing to get sorted also.

    did you have much trouble with loose skin afterwards?

    nope i lost it the smart way, so slower but better results over all

    my legs and arms are toned belly needs more toning, but no skin

    tits reduced but went north, there no denying hard work and discpline, u will fail along the way


    wanna give up, esp when people judge u so much on how u look, but when u realse ur also ur own worse enemy

    u break the barrier

    exactly, that's why i asked you, to show other ppl that the quick fix approach can leave some with even more dire complications.
    yeah, unfortunately, body fat tends to come off from the top down and some women do not like going down cup sizes.

    its a lifestyle rather than a 'thing to do'. very well done saoirse, fantastic to hear stories like this, you should be very proud of yourself, you look fantastic

    Fully qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and nutritionist here so if any of you girls need any advice at all with regards to training, nutrition or generally what to do when you go to the gym just PM me... Happy to help!

    With respect to all the, ahem, helpful gym guides -

    Watch what you drink/ eat. Water is the only drink you need. Avoid white bread (including pizza). And butter. Steamed veg and fish are good. As is a walk - work up to an hour.

    Ps - have gone from 17 to 11 stone, and could do with putting weight on ...
