So in your professional opinion she shoudlnt stick with the pyramid table? I weight train 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week so I know a lot more then what Im telling Luna because she does'nt need to work out 6 days a week and we have different goals... Weight loss is easy all it takes is motivation.. So if your recommending pills, tabs, powders then you sir are way off the mark..

Never mind the bars, pills and energizers.... do it all natural.

Dont be just eating salads etc either you need red meat

    Good luck

The wired thing is that i am not eliminating liquids at gym, and i can't drink 2 l of water daily even though am trying hardly ... cant drink over 1,5 l...
99% of supplements are a con hun. some are useful but they're far and few between, the fitness industry is always selling the next 'greatest' thing because the salemen rely on the general public not being well informed and they take advantage of the big insecurities people have, and guess what the biggest insecurity is? yeap, you got it.

1.5lt water is good, gradually increase it over a few weeks to 2ltrs and so on, i go through 5ltrs a day now.

timing of food is crucial as is food types that speed or slow metabolism.

it depends what you're doing in that hour in the gym, if its a majority of pounding cardio machines, then its alot of time wasted im afraid

no prob. its using food rather than 'healthy' food, i can utilize so called bad foods as well as i utilize good healthy foods, everything has its place.

its a whole lot easier for someone well over weight to lose fat than someone like luna who is already in fantastic shape, the progress is alot more complicated and certain techniques and manipulations are needed to keep fooling the body, that SOB cries on letting go of the last few fat %

its more a case of re-composition than out and out fat loss

Ok, haven't read this thread in it's entirety, so if I'm foraging posts made earlier my apologies.

Let's start with drink. The only drink you need is water. Make November a water only month - coke, coffee, alcoholic beverages etc you really do not need.

Avoid White bread (including pizza!) and sugary treats. More seafood ...
